How much of the course is role-play versus theory?

Roughly 60% of class time is spent in structured role-play, mediation labs and case discussions with instructor feedback. Theory is delivered in short, focused bursts so you spend the majority of the programme practising the skills you came for.

Will I receive a personal conflict-style assessment?

Yes. Every participant completes a Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (or equivalent) before the programme and receives a personal debrief during class, plus a written interpretation and development plan afterwards.
