1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of SkillCertified.com (the "Site") and our training services. By accessing the Site or enrolling in any SkillCertified course you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Enrolment and payment
Enrolment in a course is confirmed once payment is received in full and we have issued you a written confirmation. Prices, schedules, and inclusions are as listed on the Site at the time of booking. We accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, UPI, and Bank Wire.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your batch any time before the original start date subject to seat availability. No rescheduling fee applies.
4. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 10 days of training completion if you are not satisfied with the training delivered. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
5. Intellectual property
All course materials — slides, labs, exam prep content, recorded sessions, and printed manuals — remain the intellectual property of SkillCertified or its certifying partners (PMI, AXELOS, AWS, Microsoft, EC-Council, ISACA, etc.). You may not redistribute, resell, or use them outside personal study without written consent.
6. Code of conduct
Live cohorts depend on mutual respect. We reserve the right to remove any learner whose conduct compromises the experience of others; in such cases a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
SkillCertified provides training and exam-preparation guidance; passing any certification exam ultimately depends on you. We do not guarantee an exam outcome, and our liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant course.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date.
